Do What Aunt B Says!

1926766_10204137881581127_7718825603442565414_nI come from a wonderful family (bragging, sorry).  One of those great people is my Aunt Brenda.  Her birthday is today.  I would tell you how old she is, but you wouldn’t believe me.  Even her doctors and nurses didn’t believe her until they actually read her chart with proof of her birthdate.

My Aunt chooses self preservation.

My Aunt has always made time to create her own spa concoctions out of avocados, herbs and oils.  She makes tonics out of turmeric, honey and other things that our Earth blesses us with.  She journals, reads, meditates and always takes care of her spirit and mind.  She has always invested in herself physically, emotional, spiritually and nutritionally.  Basically she is amazing and has always been one of my female role models.

Everyone should have an Aunt B.  If you don’t, just think about mine and use her as your motivation that you can and should choose yourself above all else.  Happy Birthday Aunt B.  Thank you for teaching me how to make hair conditioner, and feed my plants.  For schooling me on our DNA, sharing your Avon secrets, and how you overcame every obstacle in life.  I love you and I hope you enjoy your day. This world is blessed with a Goddess such as yourself in it.  Keep up with your self preservation, Mother Earth needs you to feed bean juice and apple slices to her plants, lol.  Oh and keep up the Eagle Hotel!

Thanks to Aunt B, my Grandmother, MY DIVINE MOTHER/CREATOR and other Aunts in my family, I look forward to aging and making jaws drop when they learn how old I am.  Raise a glass of green juice to Aunt B!  Cheers!
