I juice (try to at least) every three days. I juice in bulk this way because it saves time and keeps green juice stocked in my fridge, so I don’t have an excuse to not at least drink my vegetables/fruits. After prepping my produce and turning on some music to get my mojo going, my actual juicing process is only about three minutes. From that press, I stock three days worth of juice that I drink throughout the day diluted with water. You don’t have to dilute your juice, take shots if you please! I prefer to dilute it thanks to the advice of my “sage,” big brother and to be kinder to my kidneys.
Juicing cleanses your system of a lot of toxins and all that junk passing through your system, in my opinion, would benefit from some water helping it along the way.
